About Tracey

Tracey Broadman is an accomplished real estate advisor with over 24 years of experience. She owned a brokerage in LA and has worked with UHNW clients selling hundreds of properties in California and beyond. Tracey is known for her tenacious negotiation skills and relentless commitment to client service. She takes a high-tech, high-touch approach, focusing on residential and investment properties across the region.

 

With her relationship-based style, Tracey aims to be her clients' trusted real estate confidante for life, guiding them through buying, selling, and investing anywhere in the world, and bringing a fund analysis approach to the due diligence needed to make successful investment decisions. Her decades in the industry have honed an intuition for exactly what buyers and sellers require to achieve their real estate dreams and build generational wealth.

 

Before entering real estate, Tracey spent 17 tireless years in the restaurant industry, building expertise in customer service and client satisfaction. She was also part of the dot-com world, working with startup CEOs on digital receipt technology funded by leading Silicon Valley venture capital.

 

Giving back to the community is a passion for Tracey. She actively supports the San Francisco or Marin Food Bank, SF AIDS Foundation, and The Falcon Foundation through volunteering and fundraising.

 

When not working, Tracey enjoys time with her partner, 17-year-old son, and loyal dog rescues, 17-year-old, Harlow, and young gal, Gypsie. She is an enthusiastic home chef, hiker, and rising pickleball player, relishing the natural beauty of the Bay Area.
